Security Problems Exist

The security gate was not part of the original plan of The Vinings when they were built. It had to be added later due to the vandalism, burglaries, trespassing, loitering, and car break-ins that occurred. The security gate has been "broken for at least 2 years now" !!! The recent shooting incident here would not have occurred if the gate was functional. Section 8 housing here is one reason for all the criminal activity and trash that is apparent.
I am told that the management can't fix the security gate because they already owe the company who can fix the problem thousands of dollars in past due repair bills.
My neighbors have been moving out and I am going to do the same.
