We had the police on speed dial. There was frequent domestic abuse downstairs and we could hear it loud and clear. After one such incident, the man from downstairs actually came up to our apt and pounded on the door for 10 minutes...it scared the hell out of us!

Random people would knock on the door and there were always people hanging out in the breezeways. Our apartment was robbed and trashed while we were at work one day. I did not feel safe coming home late at night.

The gate never worked. As soon as it was fixed, someone would break it/drive through it and render it out of service again. I hated having to drive through Iron Hill to get back there because all those kids would hang out literally in the street and would not move as you drove through.

I agree with you totally. Last night I heard gun shots. I think they came from the Iron Hill Apts. The fence has been broken for almost 3 years. And they refuse to fix it. When my lease is up, I am moving too. And also they have had 4 managers here in less than 5 years. Tells you something doesn't it.
