I have lived here for a year now, and things have only gotten worse. There have been numerous management changes, Along with Maintanence men who have no clue what they are doing.

The gate has never worked, and according to people who have lived here before I, has not worked for close to 3 years!

Every manager keeps saying, oh in a couple months it will be fixed, but that seems to be a bunch of crap!

Kids run around here at all hours of the night, unsupervised by their loser parants, Throwing trash and garbage all over the place, messing with peoples cars in the parking lot.

The Latest management tells me that it is my job to find out these kids names and address and to confront their parents about this! I think not! That is what out so called property manager is for!

Loud ------ music is constantly being played at volumes that are so loud , you can here theme through your walls and over your TV, and this is with the music coming from 2 or 3 bulidings away.

My lease clearly states that no tennant is to play any kind of music, loud enough that it vibrates past their premises.

When I call the office and complain, they tell me " If we have their phone #, we will call them, but it's not late so there is nothing we can do" . That is a bunch of crap, I called the NCC Police and they said that a complaint can be made at any time of day.
The management here is Just plain Lazy and they don't address any issues they need to such as the ones listed above or issues with people cleaning up after their pets.

Then they have the nerve to raise my rent 40.00 more a month. They also need to start watching the Types of people they let into this place. This is not a minority community!

Stay away from this place !

The problem I have with the Maintence guys, is unless you go to ----- in the office 50 times, they don't do anything. Plus they never clean the buildings . My hallway is especially filthy due to the stupid kids throwing somehing sticky all over it, not to mention the Graphitti they are writing on the stairs now!

I have to agree except for maintenance, I find them to be nice and quick, I have been here less than a year, and will NOT be renewing my lease. My building is host to bunches of kids whose parents don't seem to care what they do, spring is here and I can't even enjoy the cool breeze when I open my window all I hear is cursing and yelling! It is rediculous, I won't be staying here any longer.
