Just last week there was a knife stabbing where the woman (with 2 daughters in the apartment at the time) stabbed her boyfriend with a 9" knife. He is in critical condition.

When you throw your trash into the dumpsters, there are "used hypodermic needles" lying on the ground.

The "security fence" that was installed due to the crime, drugs, vandalism, car thefts, unit burglaries, etc. and hasn't worked in 4 years is broken and management says "they don't have the money to fix it !!"

Just this past week a car had all it's windows broken out by the juvenile delinquents living here. Section 8 and welfare residents are everywhere here.

Loud "--- music" at all hours of the night. And single mothers don't want to hear that their little ------ and ------- are misbehaving again.

It is not uncommon to see the "repo man" here taking away new cars with temp tags on them.

Next time on your visit, make a copy of this comment and show it to the leasing manager and ask for a response.

Oh, and by the way, management doesn't usually last a year here before they quit in disgust !!

And you will be paying over $800 per month for your "Luxury apartment" while your next door welfare / low income neighbor could be paying $300.

The problem is that most apartment complexes are a majority -------- and the noise, garbage, and crime will be there with a lot of section 8 and welfare also. You can't escape it.

I agree with this statement. However, let's not just pin this on "----------". I have come across some pretty nasty non----------- at times. I have one that lives above me. Loud and inconsiderate. Rude and they will not apologize or say excuse me. Not to mention some actually smell horrible and it travels through my vents.

I agree with your statement but saying its just ---------- is not all true we do have ----- trash in there too! not to mention management is horrible linda the leasing managments love to call the cops on the kids for doing nothing a cop told me he was annoyed with the whole situation about coming to the vinings for some noisy children who are not breaking any laws but if my window gets broke because there are no lights in the complex they do nothing. I have been here for 2 years and by far this is the worst management ever and its been 3 in two years they dont clean hear its always dirty gate never works everybody is blaming section 8 but when you think about most of the section 8 is gone because management is trying to get rid of all section 8 there but its not just section 8 its people with out section too low income dont mean welfare low income means low income thats why your here too! this place goes according to your income I guess thats the price you have to pay for living here oh and by the way I'm moving in a couple of months and all of a sudden management say I owed rent from 2005 lol. So I took them to court and won. lol but I'm pretty sure before I leave there going to find something else because thats how they operate.
