I have been a resident here for 2 years (for the record section 8 and have to get the hell outtah here ASAP!)

1. When it comes to maintenance if there is a problem in your unit they are pretty fast to respond. When it comes to the outside its a totally different story. Trash is strewn about (due to kids and some adults) and doesnt get picked up daily. Hallways are nasty from God knows what being spilled among them. The spring is here and the apartment complex next door has had there grass cut at least 6 times compared to our none! I cant pick my dog crap up cause i cant find it! The wind blew the casing off the electrical boxes outside and ever since there has been a black trash bag not nearly doing the job of preventing this fire hazard. A woman slipped and fell 2 days after an ice storm because it wasnt cleaned up AT ALL!! (by the way the front office sidewalk at the same time looked like it was power washed it was so clear, go figure!) Basically the maintenance on the outside of this place sucks. At least when the redneck maintenance men including the one with the swastika tattooed on his hand ( the nicest one by the way) all of these things were done that came with the last management.

2. Management sticks to the lease when its convenient for them (poorly run). Example:
NO PITBULLS' YA RIGHT!! I count at least 6 and i also feel like a sucker because I know of folks that havent paid a pet deposit but i did.

3. As far as the security gate is concerned i heard it hasnt worked since the place opened up. (ffs its not that hard!) An empty promise it will be fixed and now its just gone.

4. Paving needed.

5. Parking lot lighting has been out for months with more empty promises that it will be fixed next week. YA right, still waiting! Hope your armed!

6. Kids running about aimlessly. Why' Cause theres nothing for them to do! You have what, 100-200 kids maybe more in this complex (all ages) and not a park to play in not a swing to swing on, just a huge open field ( the doggie bathroom) and a lot of pavement. The only park was at the apartment complex next door and that quickly came down shortly after we moved here. No wonder kids are tearing this place down theres nothing for them to do. I guess your window is next or that little tree thats being swung on that cant hold the weight of a cat. Remember, everyone cant afford to send there kid or kids to summer camp.

7. OMG, IVE SEEN SECTION 8 HOUSES PUT TOGETHER BETTER THAN THIS PLACE!! CHHEEEAAAAAPPP!! Everything falls apart and no not because the kids but because the material used is the cheapest you can find (FROM KITCHEN CABINETS TO THE VERTICAL BLINDS). The best thing in the spot is the bathroom lighting and the washer and dryer and thats it! Every step above you, you can hear it. Walls paper thin. MY KIDS SPARE KEY IS A BUTTER KNIFE!!

8. WHY IS IT SECTION 8 YOU ASK' DID I MENTION THE 10 STORY HIGH CANCEROUS POWER LINES
THAT RUN STRAIGHT THROUGH THE COMPLEX' IM LOOKIN AT ONE NOW AS I PEER THROUGH MY WINDOW AT ALL THE KIDS. THIS IS WHY ITS SECTION 8 BECAUSE THE STATE ONLY ALLOWED THEM TO BUILD HERE AMONGST THESE POWER LINES ONLY IF THEY RENTED A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF THEM OUT TO SECTION 8 RESIDENTS.

Overall my stay here hasnt been a pleasant one and hopefully i will be moving soon. I strongly suggest not moving here and those that do quickly move out. I have seen many a resident move in and move out a few months later!! All this place cares about is collecting the $1200 a month rent for this POS 3 bedroom apartment that falls apart when you touch something and has no regard for their residents or their well being. TAKE HEED AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!
