I lived there for a year and I moved out in March of 2007 and I'm STILL getting bills. The community itself is horrible, you pay for a gated community and not one has that gate work. Maintence is horrible as well. During the summer we lived one a 3rd floor apartment where it reached just about 100 degrees and the a.c broke. I suffer from asthma and in their words "that's not a priority" They have been through 3 property managers in the time being there and this last one is a piece of work. She has 2 dogs that she lets roam freely and mess wherever they want, but it's a whole other story if your dogs aren't on leashes. She is horrible. The month before we moved she practically begged us to stay cuz we were good tenants and rent was always on time but once we moved, that niceness turned into real nasty. So if you are looking to rent, I would NOT recommend the vinings at christiana, you'll get screwed when you live there. I remember a conversation when I went to pay rent once with the property manager she said "I have to answer phone calls to tell people what a great place this is, then call the cops everyday for something" Windows being shot out by bee bee guns, stabbings, fights, it's a horrible place and I would wish it on my worst enemy
