Don't let the office staff fool you into thinking it's a great place to be, because you'll see the truth as soon as oyu move in. Speaking of the office staff, who knows how many times that has turned over in the past year. 3 property managers and the rest of the staff has turned over too, you think that would mean it has improved, right' Wrong. The staff is not efficient, does not reply to calls or problems with the apartment, etc. and can't even keep accounts straight. They have tried to charge some of my friends for rent only to find out that it wasn't them who owed rent. A friend of mine moved across the hall about two months before I moved out, and he was out before I was - he was smart and left asap.

Maintenance: the couple guys who were there at first were good, responded to calls in a timely manner and took care of problems, but they all up and quit one day and who can blame them. So then there was only one maintenance man, Now don't get me wrong, he is a very nice guy, but nothing got fixed. It took them a couple weeks to get our ac fixed in the middle of summer. He said he would bring a portable ac for us to use while they got it fixed, but did we ever see one' NO! Broken promises from a broken down apartment complex.

Speaking of broken down, did you drive through a "gate" when you went in' When I moved in they said we wer paying about $50 a month more bc it was a gated community and that they were making repairs to the gate....when I left....a year later....the gate still didn't work. If it does end up ever working it'll be so that they can keep residents in, not to keep people from Iron Hill out.

But why keep people from Iron Hill out' They had enough stabbings and robberies of their own. Iron Hill is probably safer to be at bc all of those kids hang out at the vinings.

Also, plan on doing your own shoveling if there is an ice storm, including getting salt because after a week the parking lot was still covered and so were the steps going up to the apartments. Not only are the steps iced over, but when we called multiple times about the outside and hallway lights being out, it took them a few weeks to replace them. So imagine trying to walk up stairs covered in ice in the pitch dark - definite safety hazard and liability.

There is so much more to say, but just ask anyone and they can tell you the real deal. Don't be fooled by any kind of specials they run to try to get you in, it's not worth it! BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq

Does anyone ever try and say anything good here???? It isnt as bad as you say..Yes , they have had some problems, but what places dont? as for the gate..think about it..they fix it..and whooooo?? breaks it.??? the damn kids..its not their fault for everything..I think some of you self righteous people need to find your "perfect place" and then let us know about it...and Im sure it wont be for avery long time..
