This place looks nice from the outside and at first it was okay. Then i started to noticed its flaws very quickly. first it was the kids walking in the middle of the street then not moving when you try to get by, then it was guys sitting outside on the green boxes. but lastly the kids are LOUD and rude!! they have no respect and obviously no home training. once summer started it seems like my building was the hangout spot with kids yelling and cursing while either running in the hallway or sitting on the steps. they barely move when i am trying to get up/down the steps with my child!! i have to basically maneuver around them. and the walls are thin. when they are in the hall it sounds like they are inside of my home!!! and all the while i am wondering where their parents are to discipline their disrespectful children. my childs room is closer to the door and when he takes a nap he usually wakes up because of someone stomping up the steps or slamming doors.the kids even leave trash in the hallways which is disgusting.people walking aroung and yelling to each other all hours of the night too. you would think it would be kinda loud on weekends'..this place is loud EVERY night. i find myself happy and surprised when its quiet!! you should not have to feel like that at a place you are paying hard earned money for!! the place looks nice in the inside really but the poor environment is not worth it. please dont move in if you have other options. its not what you think.

I read two reviews before I moved here. I thought they were exaggerating. But unfortunately, it's all true. The office is aloof. They could care less what happens here. They collect the money, end of story.
The joke of the year: We love our residents. Ridiculous.
You must live in the 400 building. My building is popular too. We tell the kids not to sit on the green boxes because they are electrical and could harm them. The little ones listen, they older ones will argue with you.
They need a playground, something for them to do besides the pool.
The residents need to ban together and petition for a playground and enforcement of the rules.

the people saying that they enjoy or dont mind the rowdy kids are probably the mother of those same rowdy kids. it seems to me that people are substituting finding a baby-sitter with letter their kids play and run outside with other kids, doing whatever while the parents do whatever.

Just take a ride through after school and all you see are loud mouth, cursing, obnoxious, arrogant black kids.
They walk down the middle of the streets and won't move. They play in the parking areas and won't move either.
Most are either section 8 or just low income single black momma's with no baby daddy's around.
And the loud rap music at all hours of the day and night is pleasant also.
