We've lived in this development for 2 years now, our property manager, Beatrice is very approachable and very helpful. Maintenance is never an issue (except for their very lousy and very rude answering service), they come as soon as possible and makes sure everything is well taken care of. The neighbors are quiet and courteous. Parking is adequate. The only thing I could really complain about is the train tracks not very far from the condo. After a while however, I got used to it and it doesn't bother me as much. It would be nice to have an exercise room added to it, but hey, the washer and dryer in the condo is surely something I would not give up for an exercise room!
