I have lived in Arbor Pointe for six years. The management and maintenance have changed several times. Good layouts, all new appliances, ample parking. The past few months the neighborhood has gone down hill. Many noisy and rude people have moved in. Despite this Arbor Pointe is not a bad place to live.
