Going downhill to the criminals

Several people have had cars broken into at night while parking in the visitors parking area. The lighting in visitors parking is broken and security gates don't work or are always and easily broken. The staff is not very timely or professional. Security is the biggest issue. People don't mind paying higher rent if they know they are in a safe place.
