New ownership (again). The new manager is definitely not a people person and is very nasty and accusatory over small things that are not the tenants' fault, but have been left unfixed by previous owners.

Major mold, HVAC, and sprinkler system problems in many of the apartments. Maintenance is good about responding to problems unless they have to do with mold - those the office ignores. All maintenance requests are fixed with old parts from vacant apartments. They are much more focused on fixing up the grounds to look nice than fixing the structural and serious problems in the apartments.

Alot of trashy tenants, loud and obnoxious and you can hear everything through the walls.

Electrical outlets, cabinetry, etc. have big gaps around them so a lot of bugs get in.

Very dark and unsafe after dark with inadequate parking for guests or those with two cars. Bushes obstruct views in the parking lot and children have almost been hit.
