there has been a recent management change in Jan and things have gotton better. I feel that maintenance has been on top of things where as before, it took forever for someone to fix anything and their way of fixing things was with duck tape. The old manager in the leasing office was not a people person at all and had absolutely no compassion but as of June there is a new girl and she is so friendly. there are some issues with the apartments but where can u find an apartment that doesnt. I started my lease in a 1bedw/a den and was kinda happy(lack of size)but since my recent transfer to a larger 2bed i am very happy (the size of the bedrooms are unbelieveable). i have noticed alot of changes on the outside of the community and think that the new management (Vintage Properties)seem to really care. it does take time and $ to fix everything wrong with a community and i can see the improvements already. yes, i do have problems with the construction of my apartment but would rather stay here and pay 940/month for my sq feet rather than over $1000 for smaller (trust me i looked everywhere)i'm looking forward to many more years with my husband and child in this community. ( i would recommend the 2nd or 3rd floor)
