nice but moldy

Good location, decent management, great maintenance. Apartments are large but lack closet space. Not very safe - a lot of questionable people lurking around at night and not in the safest neighborhood. The worst is the smell of mold. I smell it on a daily basis, as do my neighbors and it's causing health problems for all of us.
