Lure you in- Rip you off

Arbor Pointe apartments may look nice from the outside, but beware, it is all cosmetic.

The main reason I do not like Arbor Pointe is because of the management Vintage properties, they are unresponsive to any request. The security gate has never worked or been fixed during a three year stay.

In addition they are desperate for tenants and they will lure you in with a deal, talk about the unopened fitness center and hike your rent just after you have gotten comfortable.

JUST SAY NO!!!!
