I have lived in many apartment complexes over the years, and Arbor Pointe was one of the nicest! However, I can't think of one complex where the appliances were less than 20 years old, it took less than 4 days to get Maintenance over to address an issue, the people in the office were actually nice (and not dealing drugs) and the only apartment complex where you could not hear the neighbors was The Royale - but the hallway was still very loud.

Of course, when we lived at Arbor Pointe - about 3 years ago, before we bought a house, we had a 2-bedroom w/ den for 690.00. I think they've changed owners and flooded a couple times since then.

Complain about the price, but from what you've said, they are just an average apartment complex - consider if it is worth paying what you're paying for an apartment with inadequate service and no addional ammenities (i.e., the pool - if they don't open it - the complex does not have a pool and jacuzzi!
