We have lived here for almost a year. At frist it was fine, but then appliances and other things started to go wrong. I have had a hole in my bedroom ceiling for about a month. I have mold in my kitchen, both bathrooms, and have called the county on them. We are moving out ASAP. They have done nothing to help. Please to do not move here, you will regret. If you do come to look, check out the mold on all the outside of the buildings, and in the summer it smells because of the creek. Bad Bad area.
