I agree with the majority of the 20 writeups, which 18 of them say the same. I have been here alittle over 2 years, gate has never worked, finally the pool opened. they do lure you in. great deals to get you in, then "BOOM" you find out it is all cosmetic, the inside is moldy, the managment sucks and are unresponsive, you can hear everything your neighbor does and says, rent is outrageous. "VINTAGE PROPERTIES SUCK" I CANT WAIT TO MOVE
