does bait and switch mean anything to you?

Sure, get shown a great apt, get rented a crap apartment complete with mouse poo, horrible stains.
Oh, better leave your car in the light and cover any valuables or you'll be sweeping glass from your seat-- yes, lighting is that bad- very scary for younger women walking alone.

Office staff? BAW hahahahahah
