ONLY 2 PLEASANT HARDWORKING OVERWORKED MAINTEN. MEN FOR ENTIRE HUGE DEVELOPMENT. OFFICE MAKES IT A POINT NOT TO RETURN REPEATED PHONE CALLS FOR MAINTENANCE UNLESS IT IS A BIG LEAK. THEY DO NOT CALL YOU BACK. YOU HAVE TO CALL AND CALL AND CALL. DO NOT EXPECT YOUR APPLIANCES TO BE FIXED QUICKLY. PEOPLE HAVE GONE W/O A/C FOR WEEKS. MOST OF THE OFFICE STAFF WILL GET SNOTTY WITH YOU IF YOU START TO GIVE THEM ATTITUDE AFTER WEEKS OF BEING IGNORED (HOWEVER, CURRENTLY EMPLOYED IS SOMEONE PLEASANT -- CURIOUS HOW SHE SNUCK IN..). AS A TENANT YOU FEEL ENTIRELY DISRESPECTED. THEY NEVER DO REPAINT OR SHAMPOO WHEN YOU RESIGN LEASE. NICE EXERCISE ROOM. VERY PRETTY LANDSCAPE.
