The Mold and Money Pit

This community is a hell hole and the management company AND office staff are the devil. These apartments are just slowly falling apart. Please don't move in and if you do make sure its not on the a first floor. Its just like moving into the basement of a house... Cold, Dark, and Smelly (you will notice mushrooms starting to grow in your bedroom). Your heater closet will constantly have dirt in it, as well as black mold growing on the walls and water stains from the pipes. IT DOESN'T GO AWAY no matter what floor you're on! The carpet will always look dirty b/c the stains are soaked thru the padding and it comes back up thru the carpet after walking around on it. This company spends so much $$ on how the outside and clubhouse look like (example: shutters were being put up on the windows, who cares about that!). They don't care about the inside of the apartments or the residents. They need to stop spending $$ on the stupid resident functions inside the clubhouse and start spending $$ on the huge amount of work orders and requests that need to be done. Tape and Glue don't work for everything. They can't even get a good pool company to take care of the pool in the summer. The maintenance men had to close the pool up last summer, in OCT, and the life guards were falling asleep by the pool when they DECIDED to show up and open it. Don't fall for the great specials that they offer (they have to b/c they are so desperate for people')! It won't really save you $$. You'll turn around and spend the $$ on the enormous electric bill because of old appliances and the hvac. The apartments have heat pumps, which means, in the winter you have to turn your heat onto supplemental heat for it to work. In the summer, well, just be happy that the ac works. If not, you are one of the lucky ones if you get a window unit. They have like 15 in the maintenance shop and like 50 ac units are broken. I became really good friends with my neighbor and I let her stay with me during those really hot days b/c she had a broken ac all summer. Don't fall into the pit of hell...Run, Run Far, Far Away! gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
