I just moved to Arbor Pointe Apts. I'm not experiencing what the ratings show. Although it is not the best place to live it's in my price range and I received great customer service from the leasing girl there.

well of course you would get great customer service from her, she gets commision. Wait till a couple of months, things will change!!!
