I must say that after reading some of the reviews I wondered if these people were talking about the same community. I've lived here for four years and have always received superb services on all levels. The office staff is very professional,friendly and delightful, showing great concern when issues arise.
Any maintenance request has always been promptly addressed by the professional and friendly technicians.
Many thanks to Doreen, Jessica, and Jennifer for making this community a pleasure to live in. Also "Hats Off" to Sam White for his masterful craftsmanship and attention to detail.

This sounds like it was Doreen writing this, especially because the word "superb" was used. 2 of her favorite words she uses all the time are fantastic and superb. This rating is a bunch of bull crap that obviously is written by someone in the office. The real question is...Whose apartment is this and why would you put it on here? Nice pink lights!! They should show pictures of the apts with mushrooms growing out of the carpet, the mold in the closets, the crappy appliances, and the huge spiders and snakes. Who cares what this persons furniture and crappy decorating looks like!

bunchofcrap is actually what you have written above. I can assure your that if I lived in the place you just described above I would have call the authorites long ago. A person that doesn't know that mold is toxic is someone out of their mind!!! If you'd like to see what it's like to live here stop by. 1075 Creekside Drive.
