This is a great place to live, I am not really sure what that other reviewers are talking about. My apartment is great, I think the staff is very helpful. They made the process of moving in easy. When I moved in my apartment it looked like it was newly painted and the rugs were clean, which was good because I have a child. It has easy access to route 95, I can get to Christiana Mall in about 10 minutes, and I can go right down route 7 to go to the beach, and not have to deal with the traffic back up on 95.
