First off, We moved here in late August and right away our air conditioner did not work. They geve us a fan and a small window unit to use until it was fixed. By the time it was fixed, we no longer needed air conditioning.

Shortly after we had an infestation of crickets. They were all over the place and my dog and cat would chase them around.

It is now July and we can finally move out. The problem we have now is that a month ago we came home from being out of town for the weekend to find our kitchen ceiling leaking. There was a huge bubble that had formed and maintenence was called. They showed up, popped the bubble, and said they would be back the next day to fix it and clean up the mold which had formed. The next day came and maintenence never showed up. I called again and was told someone would be there. Let alone the fact that they plugged in a dehumidifier and let the hose run on the kitchen floor. It was a mess!!! Water all over the kitchen and mold too. My dog had even licked the water up. It was hard to keep her away from the mess. They finally came in and mopped it up and left. We are still waiting for the mold to be cleaned. In the mean time my dog got very sick and I had to take her to the vet for medicine, our groceries that were in the cupboards had been destroyed and we had to throw them out, our toaster got ruined from the water, and the pet food and some percriptions that were in the cupboard were destroyed. I called several times and finally got the manager ( who is very unpleasent) she laughed at me and pretty much caled me a liar about the whole thing.

I AM VERY UPSET!!!!!!!!!!

I had a simialar problem. I moved in July 2007 a few days later my ac stopped working, I as well had a bug problem mine was roaches I informed them several times and they did nothing, I then had 3 leaks in the bathroom one in the bedroom one in the kitchen above the light and one in the living room. I fought with them for 4 months to fix my leaks. They never did, I broke my lease and I am taking them to court. My apt would flood from the leaks that they would not fix after assuring me that they would. I agree with you the management is rude. and she as well laughed at me. DO NOT LIVE HERE!! EVEN IF IT IS THE LAST PLACE ON EARTH!!!

I absolutely agree. the parking is not enough for everyone NOONE I mean NOONE cleans up after their pets! Whats worse than BBQing on your patio while smelling the fragrant poop from all the dog doo-doo??? Is trying to avoid the dog doo-doo that our neighbours would throw from their 2nd floor apartment down to the grass below!!!! We got the apartment with dirty tubs mold around the outside doors. the insulation is a joke we could often hear the neighbours TV and kids talking NOT yelling JUST TALKING clearly through the living room walls! We left and moved into our home left the leasning agent our contact info but a year later they had hit our credit accts with a collections notice of $297 dollars for damages allegedly we had caused!!!! We left the place clean and vaccumed and smelling like roses!!! My advice! Dont rent there! If you already are....then take pictures of EVERYTHING!!! So when you do leave you can save them and even send them a copy so that they dont slam you with undeserved charges. If we had known about this we would have done the same! Good Luck!
