Do not live here, it would be the biggest mistake. Managment does absolutly nothing about your problems. They are rude and give you a song and dance. My bathroom ceiling fell down and maintenance poked a hole to drain the bubbled ceiling. Then a month later started to fix the drywall. It took altogether three painful months for Abor Poite to fix the bathroom HALF A$$. They left the place in a mess from the bathroom to the front door. I was dusting for weeks and had to pick spactle off the chairs,walls, and carpet. Not to mention the abuntant amount of theft that takes place in the complex, and constant drug traffic. But of course with the constant turn around of managent you get absolutely no where. The only positive point is the location. Demolition is definately in order....tear it down and start over!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow, I knew this place was bad, but didn't realize that there was drug activity and and theft! I see the cops around a few times a week. I can't wait til my lease is up this summer. I agree-- the only good thing about this dump is the location.

I seriously don't understand what you are referring to when you say "constant drug activity and theft". I have lived here for a month and it is completely quiet and peaceful. For all of you that are considering Arbor Pointe, please, do what I did. Come drive around the complex during different times of the day (mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends) and see for yourself what the community is really like.

yes denaturegirl it is quiet but yea there are drug dealers in there 4 of them live in my row of builders ..theft i havent had yet and dont plan on being here anylonger then my lease so hopefully i wont find out

I am shocked by what I am reading. Are we all talking about Arbor Pointe? I have lived here for over 4 years and have never experienced or heard any of my neighbors talk about theft or drug activity. I never see the cops on this street either. I will say that the maintenance people are completely unskilled, but I don't have to call on them often. Overall, this is a great place to live.
