I have read the comments on this site and have been looking for some of those horrible things happen to me. So far, I have been treated great by both Jessica and Susan in the office.

I have looked for the mold that people have complained about. I have not found any in the cabinets, closets or walls. The only thing I have found is a green moss growing on my deck. For those of you who have never lived in the woods, next to a creek, guess what.....moss grows on everthing. Go get a little Clorox Outdoor Bleach and sponge and clean off your deck. It is also a good idea to open up your windows and air out your place (no matter where you live).

When my heater went out I called the office in the morning and they sent a maintenance guy the same day. I have read other reviews on this site that the maintenance staff is rude and doesn't care. This was not my experience at all. The maintenance guy was polite and seemed genuinely concerned with my maintenance problem. Later that evening I received a follow up call from Susan in the office. She wanted to make sure that everything was ok and wanted to know if I have any concerns.

So far I am very pleased with my experience at Arbor Pointe. I think this is a good website to air concerns, but remember that most people only air their concerns, not their good experiences. Each time that I have a good or bad experience with Arbor Pointe I plan on posting it here.

Yes consider yourself lucky which is why i will not renew my lease ive been here almost a year and have so many problems with my apartment and trying to get maintance to do anything is like pulling teeth..4 complaints for 6 months..kinda bs because they have done nothing to fix the problem and 1 is actually HEALTH THREATENING..
