I have had problems since day 1. I moved in close to the winter, the heater kept blowing out cold air. I had to call the maintenance man several times. He did come right away. Arundel has hard water. My dishes come out of the dishwasher with white spots on them and I end up having to wash them again. The shower is crazy. It goes from hot to cold. You have to jump in and jump out continuously to take a good shower. It's insane. The construction and structureof the apartments is terrible. I haven't had a problem with noise though. It's pretty quiet. My kitchen sink was leaking and the pressure decrease dramatically. New management has bought the complex and their doing a lot of repairs and stuff. I'm not sure how far their word will go. But I do know one thing and that is "my rent is going up" and that's for sure. I'm moving out. Wait, not to mention the parking. I hate assigned parking. I think it created more problems than it solves. There is bad lighting, it's dark and scary to walk at night. There's also something living in the dumpsters. Don't go there at night. Be careful!
