I have seen one of the new apartments that were re-done. They are worth the money. This place is starting to look nice. The new management is doing a lot of work here. I expect a rent increase but this will probably help improve this place and it will be well worth it. I lived here for several years and this is the most I have seen done here. Maybe this will be a nice place to live once again. If you can't afford the rent move. Some people don't like change.
