1. Eye sore to the street
2. Nobody follows assigned parking
3. Climb over people sitting in stair ways
4. Stairs and halls are always covered in dirt
5. Halls and landry rooms are dark and scary
6. Locks to front doors are all different and hard to lock
7. Hear people in the halls
8. Appartments leak (never came to fix)
9. A/C always runs and does not cool down until night
10. Shower water burns and NEVER comfortable
11. Kitchen sink is to small to clean pots
12. A/C, heater, and water pipes uncomfortably loud
13. Cable wire does not go to all the rooms in the apartment
14. Windows are old do not keep warm or cool air in
15. Heater and A/C kick on every few minutes
16. Only one car is assigned to a spot the other has to park near dirty trash dumpters
17. Kids are always playing in parking lot
18. Kids climb, throw objects, and try to open cars that are not thiers
19. Cars have hit my car while parked and never left any information
20. Multiple times Management have walked into my apartment without knocking or notice with me home
21. Toilet runs for a long time

Good
1. Heat and water included in rent
2. Decent size of apartments and closets
3. Pets are allowed
4. New management and renovating empty apartments
