I have lived at Arundel for about 4 years now and all I can say is that this new management company has taken a dump of an apartment complex and has made it something beautiful. I really cannot understand any of the harsh reviews on here. I have a feeling that it is a disgruntled ex-employee bshing the place. The improvements are coming along as quickly as expected. People have to understand that what is taking place is not only time consuming, but very expensice. I would recomend this community to everyone. Forget reading all the reviews on here. Go check it out for yourself. I promise you will not be disappointed!
