I agree, maintenance is severly incompitent of fixing anything properly. I thought a maintenance person was suppose to fix or complete a service when called out. These guys are either a week late showing up or, forget you called on them. If they fix something,they make it look like they know what their doing but have to come back out again because they actually didn't know what they were doing. Don't have an emergency. They never leave a response as to what was wrong in the apartment and if it was completed. If they don't respond to the service request, forget about them calling and telling you why they didn't repond. You may not see them for another month. They are unprofessional and dress sloppy. Maintenance plays a huge roll and is one of the reasons people leave.

The office staff are pretty nice but,the maintenace is full of crock.
