I moved into one of their brand new units in February and they still cannot get my heater fixed. Although heat is supposed to be included in my rent they have given me a space heater until they can fix my heater (it has been on and off - mostly off, since february). Coming home from work earlier this week I found that my door was left open by the mainenance people here. They are VERY slow at processing requests and do not call back to let you know the status of your complaint. I am currently working with the attorney general's office to get out of my lease. They indicated that they have numberous complaints against Arundel Apartments.

I am having the same problem. Did you know that we can deduct 2/3 rent for every day that essential services such as heat are not repaired? This is according to the State of Delaware Landlord/Tenant Laws.
