I lived there for about a year and a half. At first the place was great. But that didn't last long. I quickly found out about drug dealers living in my building and a family that had the cops there everyday for domestic abuse. I actually had to leave my apt for three weeks because of a situation with one of the tenents which managment only made worse.The quality of the apts are very poor. And yes I mean those brand new ones.All they did was pretty it up so it would appear fansy and they can charge almost $300 more a month. Truth is, the heating sucks, bugs are a problem, plumbing is extremely bad. I heard more about people's stuff getting water damage from water coming down from the ceiling and the complex hold no responsibility. I had both my bathrooms overflow at the same time, leaving a lake in my hallway. They did nothing to clean up all that dirty water, just unclogged the toilets. Speaking of, they still have all the piping connected. So if someone on the third or second floor cloggs their toilet or puts too much down it, yours overflows! I've know a guy that lost a brand new HD plasma TV and his whole living room furniture do to leaking and water damage. Good luck with your belongings and there's a 85% chance you will be putting your renters insurance to work.
