After going months without heat, we deducted 2/3 rent as we were advised to do by the Attorney General's office. Now Vintage Properties is trying to evict us. These people are evil, greedy, liars who use false advertisement to lure in tenants. These are definitely not luxury apartments! There is no fitness center, no club-house, no continental breakfast and chai tea bar!! Whatever you do, don't move here! I am telling everyone I know and care about to never rent from these people.

I agree. Do not move here. My a/c runs constantly. The units are old as h*** and will never be replaced. They are greedy, the customer sucks! the management company are slum lords, the manager in the office hates all residents and can care less about our problems.
