Ive lived at this place for a year now and here is what i have to say. I was in the remodeled unit. When i first looked at the place i thought it was good looking, nice appliances but then after only being there for 2 days our ceiling leaked right on our brand new tv told the property manager and she referred us to use our renters insurance, then we started having bug problems they would come out every other week and spray for them but could never get rid of them. The a/c unit is so old and loud and it leaks my roommates room looks like the nile river from all the water that has leaked from under the carpets so there is def a mold/mildew issue through out the unit, they were supposed to come out and clean and fix everything and are yet to do so. Bottom line, dont rent from this company unless you like the smell of mold and mildew in the morning and can sleep through a loud a/c unit, and like cochroaches. place is also not safe me and my buddies motorcycles were stolen right from out front in the parking lot.
