I've lived here for almost a year. I've had some water leakage from heavy rain which discolored my ceiling; my heater unit rattled and squeaked; I'm tall so I kept hitting my head on the hanging lamp over my sink. Not only were all of these handled quickly, but the office called to make sure I was satisfied with the work. The pool is great and there is plenty of grounds and a playground for my young son.

I was and am still disappointed that I was told during my tour about this brand new fitness center to be completed a few months after I moved in. Very little has been done and nothing has been done for months.

They have Easter Egg hunts and pizza pool parties so overall it is a good place, better than average.
