don't waste your hard earned money here at arundel. the money you will spend on the utility bills alone is enough to discourage anyone. the ac/heat units are so old that you could run them all day and they wouldn't make the apartment comfortable. we have space heaters for the winter and fans for the summer to use on top of the heat and ac. ran the ac all day today and the temperature in the apartment never went below 90. and running it on auto thinking that it will eventually get cool enough to turn off is a joke. maintenance.... well if you read the other reviews you know that they are just patch workers and don't actually fix your problems. how many times do you have to come out to put freon in the ac unit in a three month summer period before you realize that it's the unit that is the problem and needs to be replaced. been here 2 years and still waiting for the clubhouse with state of the art fitness center. maybe that's coming with the new ac/heat units. they get the curb appeal award because it is easy to make things look nice from the outside but living here is a different story. such a shame because if the property owners put a little bit of money into this place on updates (other than the nice appliance package in the kitchen) they would be able to keep people here for alot longer than what they do. oh and if you want ants as pets than this is the apartment complex for you. they come back every year.

You can report them to the Better Business Bureau for false advertisement and for not providing adequate heat and ac. http://delaware.bbb.org/ I already have and I think it helps to have more people do this. Someone will follow up with you and you can file an "anonymous" complaint. Furthermore, in the winter, you can deduct rent for every month that you go without heat, but you have to send them letters explaining what you are doing by "certified" mail and keep a good log of how often you call maintenance for the problem. We moved out in '06, but I'm not surprised to see that they are still having the same problems. Good luck to you!

Another vintage property with bad reviews come on what does it take to see what these people are about. False advertising, ghetto apartments they call luxury and unprofessional employees.
