I lived there only 8 months. Maintenance is bad, the AC ran for 3 weeks with no freon and it was checked several times, resulted in a $400 electric bill that I was told was my problem. Heating is set to never be able to go above 72...your blinds just blow in the wind as the windows are so old and there is no insulation. They have renovated several apartments but did not replace the windows. I was told I could break my lease as long as I gave a 60 day notice which I did and I would receive my deposit back along with my $532 pet deposit. I left the apartment immaculate and now I have moved I am being told, sorry your deposits are non refundable. So I am seeking legal counsel.
