I have browsed other reviews with confussion' A few bad experiences do not make the complex BAD. I have lived here for 3 years now. Yes things break, but they are always fixed. I love the area, the new upgrades, and the office! They are always helpful and understanding. I feel comfortable here and so does my family. I have every intention of renewing my lease for years to come!

Yes, and you are full of crap. The office wrote this, and if not, you are blind. I have lived here for a few years and cannot wait for my lease to end. The office staff is dull and unprofessional, maintenance is a joke and the appliances are a cover-up. The windows are old, the halls to the buildings smell and look old. On a rating from i-10, the grounds are a 5. The tow truck comes through 3-4 times a night looking to tow any car that is too close to the parking line. Since this is a rule, why didn't the professional leasing staff notify the tenants of this to give us a heads up of what may develop. No- instead you come out to go to work to see your car is gone. A few bad experiences does not make the complex bad???? That's why you are calling this a complex and not a community- It's repressed!!!!You want to stay in this cover-up glam dump? Good luck!

I agree with you the staff is very unprofessional along with the maintenance here. This place is old and the rent is too high for this place. You can rent a nice apartment with full size washer and dryers for less right down the street. I no longer live at Arundel but I talk to people who do and not one person has anything nice to say about the place. The rent is too HIGH

Absolutely right that this was written by someone on the staff. It's obvious as the list of complaints about Arundel is all the same time and time again. The nice appliances are all a cover up for the bad/old heating and air conditioning units. It looks nice until you live there then all of the problems come to light. You can rent a townhome for the same amount of money in the same area and your heating/electric bill will be about 50% cheaper. Good luck to those that plan to live there for years to come.

To you two claiming that this is office staff, Screw you! Nobody has anything nice to say and yet you have neighbors? Does that make sense. All these apartments and I was actually refered here from a friend. WOW, someone from arundel thought this place was nice and referred me. Should we go bash them for thinking its a decent place? If it is so bad stop blogging about it and move out? If it is as horrible as you say and rent is too high why do you live here? Oh and I guess you have never heard the word complex before... WOW!
