I live on the first floor. I was worried that I would have a lot of noise being on the bottom floor... Even though I was uneasy I really liked that it felt like I have a yard! I was told that they have the cement barriers betweent the apartments. They must really work since I very rarely here any noise. I have only lived here a month or so. I was super worried with all the bad comments posted. But I was really impressed with the overall look. In the back of my mind I made it a point to come back and share my point of view. I am a new here but I like it so far. Thats really all I can say at this point' Now when heating season comes I will have to check back and let you know what kind of experience I have!

I havent had any experience with maitenance (they got a 3, they are nice in passing')
