I cannot end my review without commenting on the tenant who griped about every miniscule detail of the apartment and surrounding area. I feel very sorry that you obviously aren?t enjoying life by picking apart EVERYTHING that you believe is wrong. Maybe you will find your utopia in a place that has only perfect people such as yourselves




Hmmm... I like how you integrated your review of myself along with your very cynical, lack of information you call a report on this spartment complex. We should exchange emails so we can take further shots at each other instead of doing it publically on this site.

Let me explain something to you. When I pay a certain amount of my hard-earned money for someplace that I would like to call home, I have a few little things I like to consider:

1) I don't want to be ashamed of the place

2) I don't want a funny rotting molding smell in the dwelling or adjacent hallways

3) I'd like to have various plumbing and electrical utilities in good working order - so I don't wake up without a home

4) I'd like a certain amount safety for myself

5) A competent office staff that works with me, not against me



I think these are pretty fair requests... I didn't receive one at brandywine and my 8 months there was miserable. I'm sorry if I rubbed a raw nerve or if (by chance) you are an office staff member writing a review for your own apartment, but I feel like my money was being thrown down the toilet every month and they knew it. My "utopia" that you speak of, is call my standards. I have certain standards for where I live, sleep, and come home to, yours is obviously lower than mine, which is fine, because that's what makes the world go round everyday.
