Brandywine is a great place to live but don't expect to be able to break your lease. Management told me that they couldn't make an exception for me (even though I've been a good tenant for years) due to fair housing laws. I needed to leave for personal reasons and had 6 months left on my lease and the best they could do was to rerent my apartment so I didn't have to pay that portion of my remaining lease. Otherwise, the property is very clean with excellent maintenance service, and good residents. Last year, I complained about parking and when they repaved the complex, they installed new parking areas. So I am grateful for that regardless if I had anything to do with it but I would like to think I did. They also installed many additional streetlights when they repaved.
