I have lived here for a year and have been very happy with my experience. The office staff are always friendly and professional. My appliances were new coming in and the apartment itself was clean and roomy. The one-bedroom deluxe is an especially neat set-up that gave me a great place to put file cabinets, shoe racks, and a small entertainment center. I spent several days looking at almost every apartment in the area, and Brandywine was truly the best value I found in my search.

I cannot end my review without commenting on the tenant who griped about every miniscule detail of the apartment and surrounding area. I feel very sorry that you obviously aren't enjoying life by picking apart EVERYTHING that you believe is wrong. Maybe you will find your utopia in a place that has only perfect people such as yourselves.
