We have lived here, very happily, for the past year. The office staff is very professional, helpful and polite and the maintenance men are very prompt when we called the few times we needed something minor taken care of. I would and have recommended this complex to many of my friends and acquaintences. When they come to vist, they always comment on how nicely kept the grounds and laundry rooms are. Brandywine is a great place to rent an apartment!
