Brandywine apartments is nothing fancy, but it is a quiet community with a wide-variety of residents including students, young professionals, and families with children.

I have experienced a few maintenance problems while living here; however, each time, the maintenance staff has responded the same day the problem was reported.

Brandywine Apartments is by far the most reasonably priced apartment complex in the Wilmington Area, and at first I questioned why it was significantly cheaper than other complexes I looked into. However, my experience here has been a good one. The other residents are quiet. I feel safe here, and I have experienced no problems.

Overall, it is a good place to live, and I recommend it!
