This place is awful! Thank goodness I was only there for 6 months! First of all, the people in the office are rude and not helpful. The manager is even worse. To start, the apartments may be cheaper than some in the area, but that's what you are getting- cheap, nasty and awful. I was in a basement apartment which had bugs all over. Sure, it's in the basement, you can expect bugs. But when they came to spray for bugs, it got worse! Then when we had heavy rain, my whole living room flooded. They sent a guy who came in, sucked up my rug with a vaccuum, ripped up my carpet and left it for THREE WEEKS. So, I lived in a damp, smelly, ripped up area for three weeks after calling and calling and calling. Then in the summer I gt an electric bill for $197. Yes, that's right.. ONE HUNDRED NINETY SEVEN DOLLARS! I called the company who told me I would have to talk to the office at brandywine. I called them and they blamed my central air. "Prices go up in the summer". I called maintenance to look at my AC and he said it was broke and it was pumping out heat as well.... nothing I could have fixed. So, I asked Brandywine for a refund on my bill or to at least pay some of it. They said "That is not our responsibility." If the AC was broke and make my bill 170 dollars more.. YES IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time or money with this place... not to mention the constant banging of the front door, the shady people in the area, people knocking on your door at 3 am on weekdays, floods, bugs, no blaconies or patios, rude service and SLOW to NO help. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
