FYI, I have lived in Brandywine for 2 years now & I love it!!!! The managers are wonderful, If you have a problem it gets addressd the day u call. I have never had any problem with any other residents or even the staff. they have play areas for the kids, and pool at no extra cost to the residents. i would have told my friends to look here when looking for their own place. I give it a 4.5 over all.
