I've been at Brandywine for the past two years and never come across any problems. I'm happy that they have installed the door locks to each building now. When our fridge broke the maintanence men brought us a new one, and were extremely quick about doing so since we had to transfer food.

I'm slightly annoyed by the new speed bumps that make it impossible to go more than 5 mph over them. Just wait until winter comes and they get torn up when the snow is removed. However, that's the worst of it.

Other than that, I've always felt comfortable at Brandywine Apartments. The leasing office has always been helpful, the grounds are kept nice, and we haven't had problems with our particular apartment (no bugs, leaks, or other problems). For the price of the apartment, they give you a lot for your money compared to most other places I've scoped out.
