It looks nice on the outside, but it has bugs and mold. Mgmnt will respond to your call, but won't solve the problem. Will tell you that the mold is your responsibility to remove. Area is also sketchy at night, close to a strip mall where it's not really safe. Walls are thin, neighbors are pretty loud. Teenagers hang out in the hallways. It's really worth paying a bit more and avoiding this place.

This rating is bogus, the complex has a pest control company doing preventive treatments constantly. Parking lots and buildings are very well lit, and I do not have a problem with the sound through my walls. They installed an intercom system, and the front doors are locked, so if teenagers were in the hallway perhaps they lived in your building.

bogus my ---.....this area is ridden with low income welfare families,it is sketchy at night there are police in here all of the time for cars getting stolen apartments getting broken into,and DRUGS!!!!!!!!.dont go near the strip mall at night if you want to get out alive.......
